Welcome to The Annexe & The Bothy

The Annexe is a 4 star self catering apartment, sleeping 2 - 6 people, The Bothy is also self catering, sleeps up to 2 people, both at Clevelands Country House in the village of Wroxall between the seaside resorts of Shanklin and Ventnor with beautiful views of the Downs. The approach is down a private lane, offering you the peace of the countryside but still central for the Islands amenities. Wroxall is renowned for its countryside walkways and a multitude of footpaths radiate out from the village onto the Downs.

There is a much or as little as you would like to do on this lovely Island and The Annexe or Bothy are an ideal base in which to explore, and self catering gives you the freedom to explore the Island at your leisure.

Shop, pubs and post office are all within walking distance.
